P&C actuary with over 30 years of industry experience, including both personal and commercial insurance across most products and markets.  He has significant experience in building out data science capabilities and creating & maintaining enterprise risk management programs.  Tony is passionate about finding opportunities to create and utilize analytical insights to deliver value to all stakeholders.

 

Most recently, Tony was the Chief Actuary of Liberty Mutual.  Prior to joining Liberty, he was the Chief Actuary for The Navigators Group and held numerous senior actuarial positions at Selective Insurance and Reliance Insurance.

 

Tony holds a BA in Mathematics and Computer Science from LaSalle University and is a Fellow of the Casualty Actuarial Society and a Member of the American Academy of Actuaries.

Consulting data scientist and actuary with over 25 years of experience. At Deloitte Consulting, Jim was the first person designated as Deloitte’s U.S. Chief Data Scientist. Prior to Deloitte, Jim worked at the Allstate Insurance Company’s research center. Jim has also served as a professor at the University of Wisconsin-Madison business school.  

 

Jim was recently a Fellow at Stanford University's Center for Advanced Study in the Behavioral Sciences.  While at CASBS he led a multidisciplinary, Rockefeller Foundation-sponsored project to articulate a practical field of human-AI system design.  

 

Jim holds a PhD in Philosophy from The University of Chicago and is a Fellow of the Casualty Actuarial Society.  He has lived and worked in the US, London, and Singapore.

With more than 25 years of experience in information strategy, Daniel has led digital transformation efforts at several major carriers and brokers. He is passionate about data foundation as a fundamental pillar for harnessing data science, statistical models, AI/ML, and third-party data to drive business strategy, growth, automation, decision optimization, distribution, go to market strategies, etc.

 

Daniel holds a BS in Economics from the University of the Basque Country (Spain), an MBA from Babson College, and certificates from several management schools in the US. Daniel is fluent in English and Spanish.
